I've seen that one! I forgot how he solved it, but I've seen that one. There's also the one where he's up against a Middle Eastern diplomat with diplomatic immunity, and the murder was committed in their embassy, so he's out of his jurisdiction and the murderer can't be touched by U.S. law.
